McPhail Mirage?

On Wednesday, the Baltimore Orioles hired Andy McPhail. McPhail will serve as President of Baseball Operations. McPhail’s hiring is cosmetic. As previously stated, Owner Peter Angelos is a debacle. Consistently, he has interfered with operations. McPhail may succeed. However, the aforesaid is doubtful.
