Poor Payment Plan?

On Tuesday, New York City announced an anti-poverty program. The experimental endeavor will reward poor residents’ good behavior. Good behaviors include garnering employment ($150), visiting the doctor ($200), and excelling in school ($300).

This initiative is intriguing. The project has succeeded abroad. New York’s program is not liberalistic utopia. New York’s program is privately financed. Personally, I applaud the enterprise. Assuming results, this endeavor will alter poverty‘s dynamic. This endeavor will answer choices or circumstances.
