NEW RULE

North Korea cannot be trusted.

On Monday, North Korea renounced their nuclear ambition. On Tuesday, they fired a missile toward Japan. North Korea will never relent. Bilateral negotiations, diplomatic opinions, and economic incentives are pointless. North Korea is deceitful. They will not be dissuaded. I am not advocating an attack. I am saying a resolution is impossible.
