On Wednesday, the Sacramento Kings hired New Mexico State Coach Reggie Theus. Theus is an excellent college mentor. With that stated, he is a terrible hire. The Kings are decaying. They have rediscovered irrelevancy. They needed impact. Theus will not survive three seasons.
