New Jersey Embraces Realism

On Monday, New Jersey abolished the death penalty. Henceforth, life is the ultimate punishment. I applaud Governor Corzine. Victim’s bloodlust is relatable. With that stated, revenge is unethical. The death penalty prevents nothing. The death penalty is cosmetic. Cosmetology is not logic. Victims will scream. Yet, New Jersey’s decision is correct.
