Quality Commitment Reaffirmed

According to JD Power & Associates, Ford is superior. On Wednesday, Ford captured five initial quality awards. Toyota garnered four. Ford winner’s included Ford Mustang, Lincoln Mark LT, Lincoln MKZ, Mazda MX-5 Miata, and Mercury Milan. Toyota’s winners included the Toyota 4Runner, Sequoia, Tacoma and Lexus RX350/RX400h.

Fiscally, Ford has been ravaged. These awards will not alleviate this. However, they are a marvelous statement. Partially, design weakened Ford. They may have reversed themselves. Once again, quality may be Ford’s first priority.
