On Tuesday, Governor Kathleen Sebelius and Senator Bob Casey addressed the Democratic National Convention. Concerning the former, she was monotonous. For Vice President, she was never a candidate. Concerning the latter, his speech was satisfactory. His words were stellar. His performance was lackluster.
