Denver 2008: Michelle Scraps, Scores

On Monday, Michelle Obama addressed the Democratic National Convention. She was not perfect. Actually, she was proletarian. Her appearance was anxious. Her posture was nervous. Her speech was rushed. With that stated, Obama’s words were stable. She painted the required portrait. Barack Obama is a parent and partner.

Conventions are relays. Each evening is interconnected. One mistake is mortal. In 2004, Teresa Heinz Kerry stumbled. She impeded the campaign. Tonight, Michelle Obama did not. She competed. She passed the baton. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday must now perform.
