Christmas and Thanksgiving are precious. Sans family, they are worthless. Sound hokey? Decorations, food, football, and gifts are replaceable. They are recyclable. Family is not. Family is critical. You should not insult them. You should embrace them. Christmas and Thanksgiving are not ordinary days. We should not belittle their significance.
