Georgia Pre-teen Perpetrators

On Monday, an eight and two nine-year old males were charged with rape, kidnapping, false imprisonment, and sexual assault. Allegedly, the trio raped an eleven year-old female. Consent is irrelevant. What are we teaching our children?
