Dog Deserves Permanent Cage

Recently, Dog the Bounty Hunter (Duane Chapman) slurred African-Americans. During a recorded conversation, Chapman repeatedly spouted racial epithets. Chapman’s language was revolting. He cannot apologize. He knew his words. He knew their connotation. He still utilized them. Chapman is disgusting and pathetic. He warrants excoriation. He should never receive a second chance.
