According to FOX News, World Bank President Paul Wolfowitz is negotiating his resignation. If Wolfowitz leaves, the World Bank will acknowledge responsibility for his decline. Wolfowitz committed fraud. Yet, he is rewarded. He is defining his exodus. Said exodus will include limited liability. Where is the disgrace?
