Last week, Senator John Kerry, Congressman George Miller, and Governor Janet Napolitano endorsed Barack Obama. Miller and Napolitano’s endorsements are intriguing. They signify institutional acceptance. Miller’s conveys Nancy Pelosi’s support. Kerry’s endorsement is irrelevant. Former failures do not endorse. Ask Michael Dukakis.
