According to the ACLU, Senator Larry Craig “had a reasonable expectation of privacy.” Is the ACLU serious? Craig sought sex. He sought public restroom sex. He propositioned a police officer. His actions were stupid. They were illegal. Circumstances are irrelevant. Illegal actions are never protected.
