On Wednesday, troop withdrawal legislation passed. For the fortieth occasion, Democrats proposed a timetable bill. Every previous endeavor has failed. Democrats must stop. They cannot assign direction. They cannot manage operations. As previously stated, the President is commander in chief. Congress cannot assign or revoke soldiers.
