On Wednesday, Senator Craig formally recanted. He is withdrawing his plea. He also requested the Senate Ethics Committee not investigate. They rebuffed him.

As previously stated, Senator Craig’s recantation is a pipedream. Senator Craig is an embarrassment. His actions were revolting. They were abhorrent and disgusting. Senator Craig betrayed his office and the public’s trust. His exodus was appropriate. Senator Craig, you are unwanted. Do not return.
