Cooper is Incorrect Choice
On Friday, the Houston Astros retained Cecil Cooper. Since Phil Garner’s firing, the Astros have amassed a 13-15 record. Cooper deserves a managerial opportunity. Unfortunately, the Astros are a vanishing franchise. Cooper is not the solution.
