$150,000 is not rich.

Senator Barack Obama: “If you are making $150,000 a year or less as a family, then you are middle class or you may be poor. But $150,000 down, you are basically middle class. Obviously, it depends on region where you are living.”

Simply stated, Senator Barack Obama is asinine. The Democrats are oblivious. Republicans are not perfect. They coddle corporations. They indulge Wall Street. However, they do not lecture. They do not enjoy class warfare. $150,000 is not rich.

Virtually, all politicians are millionaires. Therefore, they have zero concerns. They cannot appreciate value. Obviously, $100,000 and under warrants consideration. $50,000 and under warrants more. With that stated, $150,000 is not rich. Without children, that income is comfortable. With children, that income is nothing.
