NEW RULE

Congress must ignore sports.

On Friday, Senator Arlen Specter (R-PA) commenced an investigation. His quarry? The NFL. His question? Why were Spygate’s tapes destroyed? Specter is ridiculous. Spygate is history. Spygate is not Congressional. Afghanistan, the economy, education, Iraq, national security, and the stimulus package… these are congressional issues. Simply stated, Congress should focus.
