President Nixes Nukes

Concerning the United States’ nuclear arsenal, President Bush approved “a significant reduction.” His decision is appropriate. America condemns nuclear proliferation. We oppose Iranian and North Korean enrichment. Thus, we should set the example. Nuclear war can never be won and must never be fought.
