Michael Mukasey: 81st Attorney General

On Thursday, the Senate confirmed Michael Mukasey. I applaud his fifty-three supporters. Judge Mukasey does not support torture. Last week’s water boarding semantics were trivial. Mukasey is an exemplary individual. I am elated he won confirmation.
