Racism is not law enforcement.

In May, Houston police distributed a ghetto handbook. The publication defined slang. Slang including "aks," "foty," and "hoodrat." These cops warrant termination. Their material was insensitive, inflammatory, and irrelevant. These words are not fresh. They have been discarded. In fact, Naughty by Nature phoned and requested them. Police protect and serve. They do not condescend and stereotype. Training materials are acceptable. Degrading young African-Americans is not.
