According to a study, teenagers steal liquor. Obviously, researchers are geeks. However, did they skip puberty? Teenagers loathe rules. Why? They are arrogant. They are smarter. Parents know their children are drinking, fornicating, and smoking. They know alcohol, cigarettes, and drugs are available. They do not need studies. They need prevention methods. Scientists, stop studying. Start preventing.
