Poisonous Response

Senator Schumer (D-NY) desires a Federal Imports Czar. According to him, current mechanisms are inadequate. The Food and Drug Administration and Consumer Product Safety Commission are massive bureaucracies. They have failed. Obviously, additional government is not a solution.
