Farmers raise herds. Residents raise house pets.

In Florida, police seized cats, dogs, ducks, endangered turtles, goats, parrots, rabbits, sheep, and quail. Feces covered their coats. Several animals were expired. Virtually all were warehoused.

Andrew Gonzalo Perez and Ileana Verguizas are not ranchers. They are suburbanites. They did not need these animals. They did not nurture these animals. They did not utilize these animals. They ignored these animals. Four abused children would warrant severe punishment. Four hundred abused animals should also. Feces and inhumanity are unacceptable.
