NEW RULE
Rain must reschedule.In 2003 and 2009, rain abbreviated the Daytona 500. The Super Bowl has never been abbreviated. If the Daytona 500 is significant, NASCAR should ensure a conclusion. If the Daytona 500 is insignificant, NASCAR should silence their hype.
