Russia Refuses Reconciliation

Allegedly, Georgians have been intimidated. Despite these accusations, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev released this statement:

Dmitry Medvedev: “Russia does not want confrontation with any country. Russia does not plan to isolate itself. Everyone should understand that if someone launches an aggressive sortie, he will receive a response.”
