On Friday, the United States D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals rejected the Clean Air Interstate Rule. Simultaneously, the Environmental Protection Agency ignored global climate change. These events are disturbing. Global climate change is a critical issue. Republicans ignorance is repugnant.
