On Thursday morning, William Michael Layne entered a fifth grade classroom. He stabbed his ex-wife. On Thursday evening, Charles Lee Thornton entered City Hall. He murdered five. Obviously, psychopaths embrace violence, forsake others, and ignore ramifications. How does death or incarceration improve their lives?
