NEW RULE

New rules are mandatory.

Tonight, “Real Time with Bill Maher” will return. Unfortunately, “New Rules” will not. Due to the Writer’s Guild of America strike, Maher has sacrificed scripted material. Seriously? New Rules are critical. New Rules are imperative. Obviously, HBO owns Maher. However, new rules climax his program. Sans them, where would I be?
