Howard David Ludwig registered for a Firearm Owner’s Identification Card. Ludwig is ten months old. Ludwig’s grandfather purchased him a gun. Ludwig’s father registered his license. The card features a photo and signature. This is ridiculous. Common sense should have denied this application. The gun lobby is putrid. Why? The aforesaid is the perfect explanation.
