Tillman’s Death: Not Criminal, Callous

On Monday, the Defense Department conceded critical errors in the reporting of Pat Tillman’s friendly fire death. However, soldier’s actions were not labeled criminal.

Tillman’s death was unfortunate. The shooting’s aftermath was disastrous. Blunders and inaccuracies color this hero’s death. This tarnish is the greatest tragedy.
